Lynn Christopher began her career in 1977 as a set designer and art director for film and television. After studying with her grandfather, Academy award winning production designer Paul Groesse ("It's A Wonderful Life", "The Yearling", "Pride and Prejudice"). Lynn went on to work on such shows as "Six Feet Under", "Rockford Files", "Amazing Stories", "Batman", "Back to the Future", and "Seabiscuit". Beginning her art career as a painter, Lynn has her work in many private collections.
But the love of sculpture has taken her in a new direction.
Recently Lynn has begun working in clay to produce figurative sculpture. This new direction allows her to explore the sensual, visceral side of our nature, capturing emotion with the directness that sculpture can offer.
